The DeadCanMove R package, publicly available on R-Forge, includes the jumping.window and a version of the binarySimilarity functions firstly released in the modTools blog, apart from a bunch of new functions to estimate how temporal sampling scheme (e.g. sampling frequency) may affect roadkill hotspot identification.
